Bio-Diesel/Heat treatment

Drying and Heat treatment of animal feed has been developed for enzyme inactivation. This improves the

oil quality after water de-gumming. Under certain process conditions, also protein quality can be improved when used as feed to dairy cows and other ruminants. In addition to the pure economical effects, there is a decrease of about 20-30% of nitrogen pollution.

Our costumers Bunge, Karlshamn, CPC, ADM, Oji... Besides the effects above, the fast and homogenous heating is also securing a complete killing of all bacteria, such as Salmonella.
